1. 対象と運営者
本ポリシーは、Makoto Miuraが提供するMeta Quest向けWall Gallery、Windows用Wall Gallery PCおよびWeb版に適用されます。Wall Galleryは、選択した写真・動画を仮想美術館や現実の部屋に展示するアプリです。

2. 写真・動画と展示データ
選択したファイル、サムネイル、ファイル参照を、一覧表示・再生・展示の復元に使用します。モードや取り込み方法により、アプリ内にコピーを保存する場合と、元のファイルを参照する場合があります。展示名、作品の位置・向き・大きさ、選択フォルダ、各種設定は端末内に保存します。作品ごとの閲覧日時や再生履歴を記録する機能は設けていません。展示の復元用のファイル参照は保存されます。
開発者のサーバーやGoogle Analyticsへ、画像・動画、そのサムネイル、ファイル名・パス、展示名を送信しません。

3. PC接続と画像処理
PC共有を利用する場合、選択した共有フォルダ内のメディアやフォルダ情報を、接続を許可したQuestにローカルネットワークで送ります。PCには共有元のルートフォルダ、接続資格情報、設定を保存します。Questにも再接続・展示復元に必要な情報を保存します。PCアプリは個々の作品の閲覧履歴を保存せず、PC上の原本を変更・削除しません。
PC接続では、初回に確認したPCの証明書を使い、画像・動画・フォルダ一覧・認証情報をTLSで暗号化して転送します。PCを検出するためのPC名・識別子・公開証明書の指紋などの探索情報は暗号化されません。この探索情報に作品やファイル一覧・認証情報は含めません。信頼できるプライベートネットワークで使用してください。AI超解像・動画変換はPC上で、3D変換はQuest上で処理します。変換のために作品を外部のAIサービスへアップロードしません。追加機能の導入時には、提供元からプログラムやモデルをダウンロードする場合があります。

3a. Web版の共有
Web版は選択した作品・ファイル名を暗号化したWebRTC通信でQuestへ直接送ります。接続仲介にはFirebaseを使用し、ネットワークアドレス等の接続情報は最大10分で失効します。作品やファイル名を接続仲介サーバーへ送りません。ページを閉じると共有は終了し、Web版に選択履歴は保存しません。Hostingや接続仲介の基盤ログにIPアドレス等が残る場合があります。Web版にはアクセス解析を設けていません。

4. MRの空間情報
現実の壁への配置と復元のため、許可された部屋・壁の情報、端末の位置や向き、空間アンカーを使用します。展示位置とアンカーの参照を保存します。パススルーはQuestの機能で表示し、アプリでカメラ映像を録画して開発者へ送信することはありません。部屋の形状や空間アンカー情報をGoogle Analyticsへ送信しません。

5. 任意の利用状況解析
Google Analytics for Firebaseを、機能や説明の改善のために使用します。解析は初期状態でオフです。年齢層を確認できたTeen／Adultの利用者が明示的にオンにした場合に有効になります。
独自に送る項目は、開いたモード（フォルダ・自由展示・MR）と開いた使い方の項目です。SDKはアプリインスタンス識別子、アプリ・端末・OSの情報、セッションや利用時間なども扱います。通信時にはIPアドレス等のネットワーク情報もGoogleに伝わるため、完全に匿名の情報とは案内しません。広告目的には利用せず、アプリでは広告IDの収集を無効にしています。MetaユーザーIDや年齢層をGoogleへ送りません。
ホームの使い方にある「プライバシー・利用状況の送信」でオフにできます。オフにすると今後の解析収集を停止し、端末内の解析状態をリセットします。鑑賞機能の利用条件は変わりません。ただし、過去にGoogleへ送信したデータを、この操作だけで削除するものではありません。

Google Analyticsの保持設定は、イベントデータ2か月、ユーザーデータ14か月です。ユーザーデータの保持期間は新しい利用状況が記録されるたびに更新されます。この設定は、ほとんどの標準的な集計レポートには適用されません。期限到来後の削除処理はGoogleの仕組みに従います。

6. 年齢層と子どもの利用
Metaからアカウントの年齢層区分を受け取り、任意解析の可否の判定に使用します。生年月日を取得するものではありません。年齢層は実行中のメモリ内だけで扱い、ファイルや解析ログに保存せず、Googleへ送信しません。Child、年齢未確認、取得失敗の場合は任意解析を無効にし、鑑賞は引き続き利用できます。

7. 保存・削除と問い合わせ
端末内の展示情報は、展示の復元や設定の維持に必要な間保存します。展示の削除は原本の削除ではなく、取り込んだファイルが残る場合もあります。アプリの全データを消すと保存済み展示も失われるため、必要な原本を保管してください。PC共有は「共有を停止」で止められます。OSやMetaのバックアップは、それぞれの設定・ポリシーに従います。
お問い合わせで送られたメールアドレスや本文は、回答・不具合対応・プライバシーに関する依頼の処理に使用し、必要な期間に限り保管します。写真・動画や接続コードをメールに添付しないでください。情報の確認・訂正・削除の依頼も下記窓口で受け付けます。保有していない情報や個人と照合できない情報は、特定できない場合があります。

8. 外部サービスと変更
Metaのアカウント・プラットフォーム機能およびFirebase Hostingで提供する本サイトの閲覧には、各提供者のポリシーも適用されます。本ページ自体には開発者による追加のAnalyticsタグを設定していません。

1. Scope and operator
This policy covers Wall Gallery for Meta Quest and Wall Gallery PC for Windows and the web companion, provided by Makoto Miura. The apps display your selected photos and videos in a virtual museum or your physical room.

2. Media and exhibitions
The apps access selected files, thumbnails and file references to browse, display and restore exhibitions. Depending on the mode and import method, media may be copied into app storage or accessed from its original location. Exhibition names, artwork positions, rotations and sizes, folder selections and settings are stored on your device. We do not maintain a per-artwork viewing or playback history. File references needed to restore exhibitions are stored.
We do not upload your media, thumbnails, filenames, file paths or exhibition names to developer-operated servers or Google Analytics.

3. PC connection and processing
If you enable PC sharing, media and folder information within the selected shared folder are sent over your local network to an authorized Quest. The PC stores the shared root folder, connection credentials and settings. Quest also stores information needed to reconnect and restore exhibitions. The PC companion does not save per-artwork viewing histories or modify or delete original files.
PC connections use TLS with the PC certificate verified during initial pairing to encrypt media, folder listings and authentication information in transit. Discovery information, such as the PC name, identifier and public certificate fingerprint, is not encrypted; it does not include your media, file listings or authentication credentials. Use a trusted private network. AI upscaling and video conversion run on your PC; 3D conversion runs on Quest. Your media is not uploaded to an external AI service for these operations. Optional components may require downloading software or models from their providers during installation.

3a. Web sharing
The web companion sends selected media and filenames directly to Quest over encrypted WebRTC. Firebase handles connection setup; connection information, including network addresses, expires within 10 minutes. Media and filenames are not sent to the signaling server. Closing the page stops sharing; the web companion does not save selection history. Hosting and signaling infrastructure logs may contain IP addresses. The web companion has no analytics.

4. Mixed reality data
With permission, the app uses room and wall information, device pose and spatial anchors to place and restore artwork. Placement data and anchor references are saved. Passthrough is displayed using Quest functionality; the app does not record camera video and send it to the developer. Room geometry and anchor information are not sent to Google Analytics.

5. Optional analytics
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to improve the app and its help content. Analytics is off by default. It is enabled only after an account is confirmed as Teen or Adult and the user explicitly opts in.
Our custom events identify the mode opened (folder, curated or MR) and the help topic opened. The SDK also processes app-instance identifiers, app, device and OS information, sessions and engagement information. Network information such as your IP address is transmitted to Google when communicating; this is not described as fully anonymous processing. We do not use analytics for advertising, and advertising-ID collection is disabled in the app. We do not send Meta user IDs or age categories to Google.
You can turn collection off under the privacy and usage-sharing settings in Help on the home screen. This stops future collection and resets local analytics state without changing access to viewing features. It does not by itself delete data already sent to Google.

Google Analytics retention is configured for 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data. User-data retention is renewed when new user activity is recorded. These settings do not apply to most standard aggregated reports. Expired data is deleted through Google’s deletion processes.

6. Age categories and children
The app receives an account age category from Meta to determine eligibility for optional analytics. It does not receive a date of birth through this check. The category is held only in session memory, not saved in files or analytics logs, and not sent to Google. Optional analytics remains disabled for Child or unknown categories and when the check fails. Viewing remains available.

7. Retention, deletion and contact
Local exhibition data is kept while needed to restore exhibitions and settings. Removing an exhibition does not delete original media and may leave imported files in app storage. Clearing all app data also removes saved exhibitions; keep any originals you need. You can stop PC access using Stop sharing. OS and Meta backups are governed by their respective settings and policies.
If you contact us, we use your email address and message to respond, investigate issues and handle privacy requests, retaining them only as needed for those purposes. Please do not attach personal media or connection codes. Requests to access, correct or delete information can be sent to the contact below. We may be unable to identify information that we do not hold or cannot associate with you.

8. Other services and changes
Meta account and platform features and access to this Firebase Hosting website are also subject to the providers' policies. We have not added a developer-configured Analytics tag to this website.
